Service Description

TRX is short for total body resistance exercise and uses suspension training for a complete, full-body workout. Suspension training is for everyone and uses simple equipment and provides effective workouts. All you need is a Suspension Trainer (TRX or one purchased from an online retailer) and your body weight.
