In 2020 Yes I Can Fitness, LLC was born. In 2022, YICF joined forces with Engaged Fitness Collective, LLC (a family of talented instructors) to create an even larger space to move together and keep our community healthy, happy, and active, no matter their location.

Whether you have a brick-and-mortar gym membership and can't make it in one day; are not a fan of crowded gyms; or would like to start your healthy journey from home, Yes I Can Fitness, partnered with Engage Fitness Collective, is here to help keep you in shape and reach your goals. With a combined 85+ classes weekly ranging from 15 to 60 minutes, get your cardio, strength training, dance, yoga, and more - all in one place! Take some time out of your busy schedule to focus on YOU!​ We encourage you to take your time exploring the variety of programs YICF and EFC have to offer. Your monthly membership gives you unlimited access to ALL classes.

We are a collective team of fitness experts dedicated to helping you along your journey to a happier, healthier you.
With decades of combined experience, the YICF and EFC coaches have gone through certified training programs, and specialized in various fitness programs, and yoga practices. In our studios, we guide all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body.
SAMMI GAUDREAU
Co-Owner, Fitness Coach
An active fitness enthusiast from a very young age, Sammi fell in love with helping people of all ages create a fun and exciting journey to the best versions of themselves both inside and out.
Versed in many programs, SoulBody Barre & BarreUNHITCHED, SoulBody Yoga Sculpt, and SoulBody Restore; she is a choreography writer and Master Trainer for SoulBody Yoga Sculpt, SoulBody Restore, Barre and Unhitched, as well as a BollyX Low Impact Training Community Mentor and instructor. As a former Reebok Sponsored Athlete and Les Mills RPM National Trainer, she is certified in various fitness programs such as; Les Mills RPM, BODYFLOW, SH'BAM. As well as a coach for all the SH1FT Fitness programs, POUND - Rockout. Workout, and TRX Group Suspension Training.

With decades in the fitness industry, Sammi’s passion for physically helping others led her down a path of education, earning certificates as an:
ACE Certified: Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Youth Fitness Specialist, and Weight Management Specialist. As well as American Heart Association AED/First Aid/Pediatric, Child, Adult Certified.

PORTIA PAGE
Co-Owner, Fitness Coach
Portia teaches, writes, travels, takes pictures, and loves people and animals, not necessarily in that order. Portia can spot a true ‘Teaser’ a mile away, but never met a ‘Swan’ she didn’t love or a ‘Hundred’ she couldn’t count. Her literary aspirations include writing another book, having already written a successful one called ‘Pilates Illustrated’ where, believe it or not, she has photos of Pilates exercises! She has a profound, yet somewhat disturbing, addiction to chocolate-covered cherries and has been known to eat one while ‘Swimming’ or ‘Rolling like a Ball’! She worships her dog Nestle (yes, like the chocolate) and her books. When not giving smooches to Nestle, traveling around the world (both virtually and live) teaching, or taking sunrise/sunset photos (fiddler on the roof beware), Portia can be found in the gym or studio (again both live & virtual) teaching a grueling class to sweaty people.

Portia has been a Pilates Master Trainer and Teacher for over 20 years and in the fitness industry for 28 years as a teacher, program and fitness director, international presenter, and author. Her book Pilates Illustrated has sold over 10,000 copies. Portia has a BS in Cognitive Science from UCSD and is certified through NCPAP (National Pilates Certification Program), ACE, and AFAA.
